My 30 month old daughter can slide the chest clip down an get her arms out of the safety harness. I have contacted them regarding this an spoken to two different women that turn this around on to my parenting, on has hung up on me as I told her that this has nothing to do with my parenting an they need to fix their product. This is not something that has just happened yesterday I have reached out to support group, have tried different parenting tips, tricks, an techniques for trying to refrain my daughter from doing this.
