I was trying to cashout. My phone number wasn't allowing Eureka access, I realized this and fixed the problem. I've tried over and over to get help from customer service they wont help. Its been
4 days now and still no help. I just want my gift card and I will delete the app and never download it again. My cashout balance is
14.76 plus the bonus dollar which gives me 15.76 in total. I just want the money I am owed I never have problems with any of my other survey pages this the first survey app that I have had trouble with its very irritating.
