Simply to Impress Unfortunate Experience with Simply to Impress: A Disappointing Service and Customer Support

I had an unfortunate experience with Simply to Impress (simplytoimpress.com) that I feel compelled to share. In short, I am extremely disappointed with the company's services and customer support. From the moment I placed my order, I encountered several issues that left me feeling like I was being ripped off.

Firstly, my order was never delivered, despite being confirmed as shipped. I discovered that the company had created a fake USPS tracking label that was never actually sent to the postal service. This was concerning to me, as it felt like I had been purposely misled.

When I tried to reach out to the company for help, I was met with a frustrating automated phone system that kept me on hold indefinitely. The only option I had was to request a representative call me back, which they never did. I was left in the dark and feeling helpless.

To make matters worse, the online chat support I received was also unhelpful and misleading. Instead of providing me with actual information and solutions, the representative simply gave me more false information that only added to my frustrations.

I was eventually offered a refund for my order, but with this company's track record, I am unsure if I can trust them to deliver on that promise. If they fail to refund my payment, I plan on disputing the charge with my bank.

Overall, my experience with Simply to Impress was incredibly disappointing and left me frustrated during what should have been a joyous holiday season. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid falling victim to the scam that this company appears to be running.

Simply to Impress Disappointing experience with Simply to Impress - Poor Customer Service and Incorrectly Printed Addresses

I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of Simply to Impress for my printing needs after deciding to switch from my previous provider, Minted. The initial experience of placing the order was a breeze and I was pleased with the level of customer service provided to me. However, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the addresses had been incorrectly printed and the envelopes had not been stuffed, sealed, stamped, and directly sent out as promised.

Given the level of importance I had placed on this service and the positive reviews I had read, I was extremely disappointed by this mistake. I immediately contacted the Customer Service team to address the issue and had hoped for a quick resolution. However, to my dismay, they were unable and unwilling to provide a satisfactory solution to fix my problem.

Instead, they offered only to refund the cost of my address labeling and refused to help me in any other way. I spoke to both the regular customer representative and her supervisor, but unfortunately neither were able to provide any further assistance.

Needless to say, I was left feeling deeply disappointed with my experience with Simply to Impress and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality and reliable printing services.

Simply to Impress Terrible experience with Simply to Impress - Shorted order, terrible customer service, and delayed printing and shipping. Avoid at all costs!

I had a terrible experience with Simply to Impress. I placed an order for Christmas cards, but they shorted my order by over half. Naturally, I called customer service to get the issue resolved. At first, they seemed responsive and promised to quickly fix their mistake. However, things quickly went south from there.

I received emails from five different customer service reps, each with conflicting information and promises that were never fulfilled. My cards didn't ship when they were supposed to, and printing and shipping were delayed despite being promised expedited service. As a result, I won't receive the rest of my cards until December 22, well after the holiday season.

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and accountability from Simply to Impress. They completely ruined our holiday cards, and none of the excuses provided by their representatives seemed truthful. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company if you want to avoid ruining your special event.

Simply to Impress Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Simply to Impress - Avoid This Business!

I recently was excited to try out Simply to Impress for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. With the pandemic still influencing our daily lives, we had to make adjustments to our original party plans, so I looked into some unique home-decor ideas and decided to order a banner. I went onto Simply to Impress's website and placed an order two weeks in advance of the event. I even paid for expedited shipping to make sure it would arrive on time.

Sadly, the big day arrived, and I had yet to receive my order, nor was there a shipping date in sight. I began to grow increasingly worried and tried to contact the company several times through email, but my attempts seemed to go unrecognized. I finally was able to connect with someone in a chat support and requested to cancel my order due to the extreme lateness, hoping that I could still put together some decorations in time.

To my extreme disappointment, the customer service representative I spoke with seemed to have zero sympathy for my situation. There was no apology, no mention of any potential compensation or solution, just a simple statement that my order was canceled. I felt incredibly defeated, frustrated, and had no idea what I was going to do with so little time left.

Following this terrible experience, I cannot imagine how this company has received any positive reviews. I'm sure they filter their feedback because there is no way they could possibly have such a high rating with such terrible customer service. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for their customers' satisfaction has caused me to swear off doing business with them in the future.

Although I tried my hardest to provide a special day for my parents, Simply to Impress has left me with the bitter taste of disappointment in my mouth. In conclusion, I would strongly recommend avoiding this business and not putting your time or money into their services.

Simply to Impress Disappointing Experience with Simply to Impress Christmas Cards: Lacking Customer Service and Failed Promises

I recently placed an order with Simply to Impress for my Christmas cards, but unfortunately, there were some issues with my order. I am disappointed to say that it took nearly a week of going back and forth with their customer service team via email and a ticket system to resolve the situation. To make matters worse, there was no phone support available and email responses were only provided once a day. This caused a significant delay in receiving my cards, even though I had emphasized that I needed them within two weeks of my initial order since I would be leaving town soon.

Although Simply to Impress accepted responsibility for their mistake and promised to expedite my order, I was let down once again when they failed to do so. I received my order via standard mail instead of the promised expedited shipping option.

When it comes to the quality of the cards, I would say that the card stock is slightly heavier than other services such as Shutterfly and Tiny Prints. However, I was not impressed with the color quality, finding it to be quite dull.

Overall, my experience with Simply to Impress was not a smooth one. I spent over $100 on 60 Christmas cards and the entire process took over three weeks to complete. Their customer service was lacking, and they failed to meet their stated goals. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Simply to Impress and would suggest exploring other options in the market.

Simply to Impress Disappointing Experience: Simply to Impress Failed to Deliver Cards & Left Me Addressing Envelopes by Hand

I recently had an experience utilizing the services of Simply to Impress and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. While the card itself was satisfactory, the company failed to deliver them to the 48 recipients I had intended to send them to. I immediately reached out to customer service to seek assistance on resolving the issue, and after several email exchanges, I was informed that their mailing service was experiencing some sort of malfunction. I was flabbergasted- how could a company that specializes in card-making and delivery business not have a functional mailing service?

Their proposed resolution to the issue was to allow me to cancel my order, which was impractical at that point, or have the cards shipped to me so I could address each card myself and mail them out. I ended up agreeing to the latter option and requested compensated expedited shipping. Thankfully, they did honor my request and I had the cards in hand within two days of our exchange.

But, my troubles didn't end there. Upon inspecting the shipment, I discovered that each envelope was blank- no return address, no recipient address- just an empty white field staring back at me. I was forced to make yet another call to customer service, who in turn decided to refund me the funds I had paid for the recipient addresses and return address on the envelopes. That didn't help me address having received blank envelopes that couldn't be sent out.

To make matters worse, I was now frantically searching for solutions with no other option but to visit Staples and purchase labels to address each of the envelopes by hand. I had never been so frustrated with a company before. Despite having been prompt in refunding me payment for their mistake, the whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I never expected to be in that situation where I had to rush an order to be two weeks late to delivery. Needless to say, I was not at all impressed with Simply to Impress.

Simply to Impress Misleading Advertising and Programming Errors on Simply to Impress Website

I recently used Simply to Impress website to order my family's Christmas cards for the second year in a row. Designing process went smoothly and I was happy with the quality of the cards delivered. However, I did encounter some difficulties during checkout which ultimately left a sour taste in my mouth.
As I went to checkout, I saw a big red banner on the page promoting discounts based on the total amount spent. I placed an order for 60 cards, priced at $1.67 per card, which totaled to $100.20. Based on the banner, I expected a 50% discount to be applied as my order fit within that price range. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that there was a programming error which prevented the discount from being applied until the total reached $150.
This issue led to a frustrating live chat with a customer service representative who could not understand why I felt overcharged. It took an hour and a half of back and forth, but ultimately, they agreed to refund me the $10 overcharge. While this may seem like a small amount of money, I value honest pricing and felt disappointed by the misleading advertising.
On the positive side, I was pleased with the speedy delivery service. I placed the order on Sunday evening and the cards arrived at my doorstep early Wednesday. The quality of the cards met my expectations and I would consider placing another order through this website in the future. However, I will make sure to double-check for any programming errors before committing to the purchase next time.

Simply to Impress Terrible Experience with Simply to Impress Holiday Card Company: Late Delivery, Poor Service

Simply to Impress has to be the worst holiday card company that I have had the displeasure to deal with. I placed an order on December 10th, paying for 2-4 day shipping, as well as return addressing and stamping to ensure delivery before Christmas. According to the company's notification, my order was shipped on December 12th, so I expected it to be delivered no later than December 17th. However, when I checked the site on December 21st, I saw that the expected arrival date was December 31st. This was an absurd 16 mailing days after the supposed shipping date.

I contacted the online assistant, who assured me that my order had been shipped on December 12th and that the expected arrival date of December 31st must have been a mistake. Little did I know, things were going to get even worse.

When I logged in today, which was the 10th mailing day since my order was "shipped", I was flabbergasted to see that the expected delivery date was now January 2nd, 2020 – after the new year! I was beyond frustrated with their service, and it was apparent that they had never shipped out my order, despite having notified me that they had. What a scam!

I was relieved when the company's customer service team granted me a refund, but I was left feeling disappointed and angry at how late their delivery was. Honestly, I would instead send nothing than send out the holiday cards after New Year's Day. I genuinely hope that they can throw away the order before it's shipped because I don't want to have anything to do with them in the future. Please steer clear of this company, and don't let them ruin your holiday experience.

Simply to Impress Disappointing Experience with Simply to Impress: Poor Quality and Lackluster Customer Service

I recently had a disappointing experience with Simply to Impress that left me feeling frustrated and let down. As someone who puts a lot of effort into my family's yearly tradition of sending out high-quality Christmas cards to loved ones, I was taken aback by the poor quality and lackluster customer service offered by this company.

I had placed an order for over 80 Christmas cards well in advance of the holiday season, only to find that I had received less than half of the envelopes I needed to send them out. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with unhelpful and unsympathetic responses that left me feeling even more frustrated.

To make matters worse, the cards themselves were of poor image quality and the fonts used on the envelopes were almost pixelated, making for an overall disappointing experience that ruined our family's tradition in a big way. Even more frustrating was the fact that, despite being offered a paltry $27 compensation for the inconvenience, the money simply wasn't enough to cover the costs of the envelopes I never received.

What's more, I was upset to find that Simply to Impress doesn't even allow for customer feedback on their website or show bad reviews, making it clear that they aren't interested in listening to their customers or improving their services in any way.

Overall, I would strongly recommend against purchasing anything from Simply to Impress. Their poor quality products and terrible customer service make them a waste of both time and money, and the company seems more interested in grabbing cash than in providing a stress-free and enjoyable Christmas card experience for their customers.

Simply to Impress Avoid Simply to Impress for Holiday Cards - Poor Customer Service & Shipping Delays

I recently had a disappointing experience with Simply to Impress, which left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I placed an order for simple Christmas Cards on November 16th, with the company estimating a delivery date of November 21st. However, when the expected delivery date came and went without my order arriving, I contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my shipment.

To my dismay, I was told to simply wait a few more days for my order to arrive. During this time, I ended up ordering additional items from Shutterfly, which were delivered without any issues. When I followed up with Simply to Impress again, I was told that my order was still in the process of being shipped and that all they could offer me was a refund once the order was returned.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service provided by Simply to Impress. While the company attributed the slow shipping to COVID-related issues, I had not experienced any similar issues with other online retailers, including Amazon and various small businesses.

To make matters worse, it seems as though I'm going to have to wait even longer for my order to arrive, and then even longer for a refund - altogether, this process will likely take over a month. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Simply to Impress again, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative companies for their card needs.
