Eureka Surveys review: Debt

I had cashed out on Eureka for £13.55 and it said it will come to my bank account but when I checked my account I had not seen a singular penny go to my account and till this day I have not used Eureka except from the complaint board that I am writing on right now so Eureka the least you can do is give everyone the money that you owe them and worst part is that you had the urge to even make a complaint board fully knowing that people are going to complain and nobody is going to say anything good about Eureka so please give us our money.
