Installed a number of wooden windows and doors. Paid in full in October 2017. Job completed in February 2018 with exception of frosting of one window. This, after promises of completing job in 2 visits during October 2017.

How can a 2 day job take 5 months? Because visits were staggered in 1 to 2 hour sessions over 10 days in a period of 5 months. This shows complete incompetence of service and process management of the company.
Paying them fully to complete the job was a big mistake.

They literally lie in your face by saying that they will be at your house in an hour or so but they never pitch up. This on multiple ocassions.

SNAGS

1. On installing windows, they did not apply enough silicone so we had to do it because rain water was entering between glass and wood.
2. Some windows have between 1 and 2mm of silicone between glass and wood, some have between 5 and 6mm.
3. They did not clean silicone off the glass making our job much more difficult. They did not clean windows at all.
3. They sent some staff who were incompetent. On one occasion, a worker could not figure out how to place back the strip of wood that secures the glass. I had to show him.
4. Got a surprise when they said they could not do the frosting as they do not have the ability. They would refund me. This is a company that exalts itself on their website with regard to the accuracy of their work, their professionalism and excellent customizations. Still have not refunded my money.
5. They clearly did not check the wood for warping, especially the 5 metre window frame with the 4 sliding windows. Instead of fixing the warp on the strut where the windows slide, they lifted the railing and cut the window frame to make it look straight. Now the bottom of the window where the wood is warped is clearly skew, with the railing sitting approx. 2mm above the strut on which the windows slide. This after i warned them that i would not accept it if they left it skew.

6. Water enters easily through the 5 metre window when the rain falls against the window

Repeated calls for them to fix have been in vain. I will be taken them to court.
