I'm subscribed to a 'Premium plan' and am experiencing a technical issue with the platform for over 9 days. NINE days that I'm unable to work on the site. I've received multiple replies and have been informed EVERY SINGLE TIME that 'engineers are working on the issue'. The clock is still ticking and despite having a 'Premium Plan', I'm still waiting. The only thing I can say is I'm wasting my premium time!

Recommendation: Pray that you never need the assistance of the technical 'engineers'. They are too busy working for the account department making sure everyone pays on time. No time for Premium Plan subscribers.
