Avoid eSecuritel at all costs
I had some dealings with eSecuritel, but I won’t advise anyone this company. They sent me cancellation email of my inquiry, but I had already paid them. They didn’t return money back, and they only gave me empty promises. I don’t know what measures to take in order to return money. Please if you had any ideas contact me or leave the comments. Thanks.
Terrible experience
A typical excuse used to turn down your claims at eSecuritel is "No cause for damage". If you cant give them an overly detailed "accidental event" that you can prove you didn't cause, your "Rejected".
Prepare your story because they claim to tape you. Always request a copy thru your cell company, that's what got me my blackberry! My carrier even got them to send me a new one, that's almost unheard of. I canceled my insurance then and there!
Smaller companies become bigger companies by limiting the numbers of claims they accept, making ever changing "interrupting" of their terms of service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They claim to be a complete separate operating company from any cell phone provider but yet, are unable to provide a copy of your signed contract authorizing "their" company to make monthly reoccurring charges on your credit card. FIGHT THEM!
From the source I heard the company hired the employee without background checking, they falsified the resume without them even knowing. Just a little chat during interview and you're in.
Some customers got their claims, some don't. Don't know if there is a certain guidelines or based on the mood the claim supervisor.
some of the people just dive into a shallow pool with out reading that the water is just three feet, and that when the cx have to think about why did they sign up for insurance coverage without reading the certificate, in my opion the cx's need to read over their coverage certificate because everything that the insurance company states to the complaining cx's has been listed in there, they even have a web site where you can type in a keyword and the information pops up. there is also going to be the cx's who state they never recieved the information from the carrier, i know that when i recieve my phone and insurance there was all types of papers that consisted of policy and what so, some people just scan over these papers and sign where the "X" is located, quite funny because they think they have been screwed when in reality they have messed their self up by not reading what they are getting into, cx's just get upset stating that they didn't know and they almost catch a heart attack when they find out there is a deductible assessed for a new replacement device, i think that the cx's just need to stop, breath, and think the insurance company can't cover everything exspecially if there was no cause, a light bulb should flash through their head maybe i need to ask the carrier if they sold me a refurbished phone or did the manufactor make a deffect on the phone, instead they go back and forth through the insurance and the carrier leaving the maunfactor out of their fustration.
how can the company cover a phone if u don't know what happend to it, for all they know there could be some type of manufactors deffect or the carrier just sold u a crappy phone, or just maybe you want a new phone. so much fraud is going around so companies have to watch there back, there are too many get rich scams out in the world today.
Why not just lose the phone and your covered.
When is the last time your car insurance company allowed you to call in a claim because your dodge duster died on the side of the road. Insurance requires an "accident" -- something to have happened to the item. I am not sure I would be so proud of bullying your wireless carrier or the insurance company into a new phone.
