Escripts review: Would not approve rx fill

I called escripts to request a hold on my Trulicity due to impending Dr's visit. This was around middle of October .They said the rx had already been filled(not shipped just filled) I know it takes them 2-3 days to actually ship after filling, they have told me this in the past. So even though my primary sent request in they would not fill it. My cardiologist wanted it changed due to benefits to heart. I had a cardioversion this past Fri(10/28) and have had new rx for rhythmn but will not be able to switch to ozempic as ordered.

I have been a nurse for 45 years now and I am in the habit of following Dr's orders mainly because it's the law. I was told a review could be done with company's people but this does not meet my approval. They do not take care of me medically and do not know my history or body. My doctors do. I have no doubt the only reason it was denied/ preapproval pending is due to the cost. No other reason.
