I have been having monies removed from my account for sometime, for services that are unknown and unwanted services... It started on the 30 March 2008 for 2.62, then 2/05/2008 for 20.99 pounds then 2/06/2008 for 20.99 pounds and then 1/07/2008 for 20.99 pounds again... If this monies comes out again i will 1 go to the police and report it as fraud and theft as when trying to contact the supposed billing company www.epocheu.com no such listing comes up, it makes you wonder if a legitimate company. The end result i that i DO NOT want any more monies removed from my acc or as previously stated i will involve the authorities...
I am not a business, i am a single parent. This company has been taking money out of my bank account every mouth for at least the past year. I have been to my bank in an attempt to stop these payments going out (under D/D) but was told i had to contact EPOCHEU.COM myself to stop them taking the money. The payments are between £21.00 -£23.00 every month. I cannot find a website and have no idea how this company? got my bank details or for what service im supposed to be paying for.
Just the completely the same story. I've been charged for months..18.07£ taken off each month. Even if its a billing service for a porn site, it should have been shown on your own account side field, as a short description, what they have been charging you for, just to avoid misunderstanding eachother.
the site you want is epoch.com their bills come up on statements as epocheu.com, they are a billing service for porn sites and other subscription services. If you want the billing to stop go to epoch.com and fill out their form to find out who they have been billing you for, from here you can cancel the subscription. If they carry on billing you contact your bank who can block the direct debit to that company, in some cases they may be able to re-call previous monies, but you may have to provide proof that you never agreed to a subscription.
Stop buying porn then. EPOCHEU.COM is for porn. If you cancel it with the company you signed up with then their would be no problem.
YOU HAVE TO CANCEL IT DIRECT WITH EPOCHEU.COM! ...US number [protected]..You simply need to give your name, the first and last four digits of your card and your registered email address and they will cancel it immediately..
They have been taking $39.95 from my account since May '07. I had no idea and cancelled this 2 months ago and it is still on my bill. I tried to get it reversed and never received an answer. This is fraud, in my opinion.
They had taking money for services that I NOT ordered. I won´t accept this. Please return my money and then I don´t want anymore of these. I don´t like to be charged for anything that I haven´t used. This is not a way to drive a company on a serious way.

I'm from Portugal and the same is hapening to me.they are charging me for 22.60 Euros and for what?.what the hell is Epocheu.com anyway?

Hi All, This is also happening to my grandmother - charges coming out of her bank account quite frequently - i will find out what / why & let you know if i find a way to get this to stop.

I am in the same situation, having £18.78 taken from my account the last few months...
I have contacted my bank and they have cancelled my bank card and they will send me a new one... as this is an online debit transaction they will no longer be able to process the payment
this seems the best option for this problem
funs have been takein out of my account. total of ( 5 ) within this past mounth totaling $133.89. WHY! FOR WHAT!. I'm reporting this to the better buissnes com. and to the authorities. if anyone out there has come up with a way to resolve this, let me know ASAP !
