Projects manager barely came to site. Workers were very nice but never understood the scope of the project and Envision never communicated with them leaving me the homeowner to instruct the worker (who I could not communicate with due to a language barrier) as to what to do.
They damaged thing and just covered it up. Had unlicensed tradesman. They never addressed my VALID concerns.
People would show up when no one was scheduled. Then not show up at all or be 3-4 hours late. Also they would pull the people working on my bathroom to do bigger projects dragging on my bathroom project that should’ve been done in a month not the months it took.
Then when we were upset about the last installer scratched our new countertop they sent us a thing of barkeepers friend and put a lien on our house even though we have been in contact with them to make final payment.
Also we had paid them a substantial amount of money already. Their incompetence was what held up the projects and their final payments. Not to mention they didn’t remove things that they were contractually obligated to do but never did leaving me to find someone else to do it and wanting us to pay for
services never done.

- Unlicensed plumbers
- Poor quality tile work (different heights of grout and various colors of grout throughout the same floor).
Desired outcome: Take the Lien off my house and fix themistakes.
