David was awesome to work with, he kept us in the loop every step of the way. He answered all my questions and helped me to understand the importance of upgrading my panel. Due to Covid the processes took longer than I thought, but David was on top of it with constant communication and let me know when new notes were added to my file. Now that it is complete, I am thankful for David's knowledge of what the upgrade would do to my home. I am very happy and would recommend Envisha Energy with no hesitation.

I made a deal with Envisha Energy LLC through a salesperson in May
I made a deal with Envisha Energy LLC through a salesperson in May . My wife and I wanted solar energy for our home. Everything went well at first. They said they would call us to set up an installation date. Then, a project manager contacted us and gave us options for installation. A representative came to measure and map out the layout. But, weeks went by and installers showed up without warning and started the wrong installation. The CEO apologized for the mistake and promised to make it up to us. However, my solar panels still don't work. I've called, texted, and emailed the CEO for two weeks with no response. He blamed others for the delays, like JP Permits, Entergy, and JP Inspectors.
