For the second time, Entergy has taken money out of my bank account without my permission.
I paid my Bill online on January 10, 2022. That payment came out of my bank account on January 11, 2022.
They took a second payment out of my bank account on January 12, 2022.
I have not signed up for autopay, but both times they took a second payment out without my permission on the 11th of the month, which is the due date.
Both times, because of them charging me twice, I have to pay a NSF fee at the bank of $34.00

Desired outcome: Refund the second $65.00 payment plus the $34.00 they cost me at the bank.
