- 7/29/2024 signed contract on our phone standing in the doorway while sales rep explained everything.
- 02/20/2025 we found out there was a UCC-1 lien on our home. no mention of the lien when we signed. The contract said UCC-1 Finance but was missing the word lien!
- Derreck Regehr, Enlite Escalations, told us it wasn't worth mentioning.
_ There is no full contract to submit. It's missing because of a glitch.
- We have no full contract with both signatures. We were never given the contract before they installed the solar panels on 09/05/2024

Claimed loss: A $65,000 25 year Lien on our house It will affect the sale of our house, mortgages, HELOC and Homeowners Insurance. Non of which was explained. $65,000 lien!

Desired outcome: return the solar panels.
