Good evening:
This is an ongoing problem with Engine Parking!
Well again I am writing in regards to the BN parking engines right next to our home here and matter of fact within 10 yards or less! Tonight they brought two locomotives and hooked them to some trailer train flat cars on the West end of Plentywood - shut all the lights off and left! A short time later they brought three of the larger Dash 9s back and hooked them to the two smaller engines - shut the lights off and left! They idled the units up - then some time later all three shut down!
Now they have all three started up and are running - shaking our home and will as before disturb our nights rest which both my wife, I and the neighbors need! I am a bus driver and need as much sleep as your crews do to operate and my wife who still works needs her rest as well. Our neighbors ALL work and need a good nights rest as well.
As a retired soldier and senior citizen I have LOST ALL respect for your empolyees and company due to the disrespect they and you show us who live here!

Our desired resolution: To park the engines either out of town to the west a mile or south of town close to the new CGI elevator! There is easy access with roads and approaches in both locations! This is how the Soo Line operates in the small town of Westby which is located 24 miles east of Plentywood! This is NOT just a solution for us but for the entire community who have mentioned that they can hear the engines running and feel their homes shake several blocks from the railroad tracks!
