My brother and I do not believe that the original agreement is legal and binding. We would like the panels removed. And the contract voided. LIEN REMOVED FROM OUR HOME! We are seniors who, we understand are taken advantage of by these deceitful Solar companies. Joe is currently being treated at UCSF Medical Center for end-stage cirrhosis and bile duct cancer. Warnings need to be made to others with serious illnesses. Our last year has been Hell dealing with their non-existent customer service and non-functioning system. We feel TRAPPED with a massive 300 month loan on a system that barely works sometimes!
Through the process of mediation with CSLB…ESP made us a Settlement Agreement of $2800 in Sep. 2022 which would cover some of our extra expenses these past 16 months. But the agreement came with a lot of conditions that we would not agree to. We refused to sign it. Now the CSLB is going to do an investigation in Nov.- Dec. 2022

Desired outcome: Would like the contract voided. Have ESP remove all their equipment at their expense without damaging our roof. It costs us twice as much having solar...with an added $31k lien on house. What a scam!!
