He is in vancouver now...
I just finished my work located in coal harbour, at 1:00 p.M. And I headed to hannam mart, and I met this italian guy on the broughton street. He was riding a bmw xg or x6 something like that and he wanted me to show me the google map. Because his phone data just ran out, and he is trying to catch the flight to back to italy.
And he told me he was a bottega veneta fashion designer, and told me I was very kind, so he wanted to give me his sample clothes as a gift.
And he keep showed me he was a real fashion designer, and he used a huge amount of money paying hayatt hotel sweet room fee, so that he had no money to pay for the (budget rent car company) rent car fee.
So, he wanted me to help to afford this money. Instead, he can give me this 6 jackets as a gift.
So I took a car with him heading to cibc, and I went to cibc to withdraw a money.
And I was thinking this was a very big money for me so I told him that I cannot give you this amount of money
Unless you give this me back.
He thought for a moment, and he said he's gonna pay me back as soon as he go back to italy.
So he got my name, bank name, and email address so he can e-transfer when he arrive.
He also gave me this e-transfer password. Question : where we met, password : vancouver
And I thought, I did the kind thing to stranger, but as I got back to my home, I typed the cell number he gave me (which was a business card) on google, and I realized he was a global fraud.
Like 3 days ago, on october 27th, 2018, this fraud was in toronto, and he did the exact same thing the victim wrote in a document. Which is this

"The story is always the same: He is an Armani Managing Director, with fake business card, and is leaving for Italy... Asking in Italian for indications to the Airport. He doesn't want to take the jackets with him coz he will pay duty at the border. So he gave them to me and asked if I could give him some money so he can buy an Ipad for his son at the airport.
I have reported the guy to the police. They are investigating... Hope they catch this ###!"
I just got ripped off from him.. about 2 hour ago. I was very suspicious.. but he is like crying and desperate that his credit is full but he had to go back to Italy by tomorrow.. The story is pretty much same as above, , Hey guys dont, dont be soft to anyone who shake your heart on the street.. I suddenly thought like I have been too tough to people I randomly meet on the street.. and I got ripped off. I really hope these types of spam artist get caught soon

He was in Vancouver on October 1st 2019.
Yesterday, I also met the guy. He also told me the same story and, tried to give me 7 jackets. And then he asked me 1, 800 CAD.
He also told me that his wife is pregnant and she will get a shock if he cannot borrow the money.
Moreover, he also showed me his daughter's photo, and the other daughter's ultrasound pictures.
While talking with him, I found this web page, and I tried to call RCMP.
But he ran away.
If I could not find this page, maybe I also gave him money.
