I’ve had a delivery not received by this company.

The courier has put it in my bin whilst away and then the bin has been taken out by my neighbour therefore, the parcel is gone!

I have contact Emminol and the courier.

The courier is looking into it.

But Emminol have basically said it’s not their problem which it is, as they instructed the courier.
