Emergency Food Now reviews and complaints
Fraud in the 1st Degree
You sign up for a sample product at $4.97. Email confiramtion states : $4.97. Problem is: they charge you card $104.97 AND continue to ship AND bill your credit card monthly. Additionally, try to get them on the phone or email, for get about it. It just keeps coming.
Fortunately, my credit card company, Chase, was very supportive and killed the transactions. Thank you Chase.

Misleading Offer
The home page of their site offers a sample of their product for $4.97... shipping cost only. The truth is buried in the very small print "Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the page. Something you will not notice if you just fill in your name, address, and card number.
In reality you have just agreed to pay $128.92 per month for a simpment of 60 really bad meals... forever. Only thing to do is cancel your card as they ignore all attempts to contact and won't stop charging you.
Be forwarned. These are not honest people!

Clicked on "Free Food Sample" and ordered a free sample...cost $4.97 for shipping..ok with that...THEN Only after I entered info for "Free Food Sample" did I find out that they would automatically send me more food each month and charge my credit card..NOTHING on the Web site BEFORE ordering said anything about additional unauthorized food or charges...Called and e-mailed the company to cancel my order. I was told that it was cancelled only to get an e-mail a few days later saying they had shipped my sample and charged my card. Called the company again (India? Phillipines?certainly not in Salt Lake City) and was told it was cancelled but they had shipped it anyway and I would be charged the $4.97 shipping and handling.I complained to MGR and he said he'd reverse the charges.
These guys if they are on the up and up...sure seem shady...I'd stay away.

I ordered the sample and put it in the pantry for an EMERGENCY!
A few weeks later, I received 2 cases!? I wrote an e-mail, called a number which took a message
(answering machine) and have not heard zip!
Paid $35.00 to US mail to return cases, called my bank to see what I can do or what they would do!? Received another case after taking numbers for resolution from bank! Still waiting for first
affidavit, now waiting on second and wondering where I can go!?
I can't sleep worrying about it! My bank says if I cancel my bank card, they will just follow me some way?
Who are these people? I strongly urge anyone to avoid!
there is no such advertising as "FREE FOOD SAMPLE"
and if you know how to read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS then you probably wont have to go through all this.
please learn how to read next time.
Got slammed for the 99 dollars as well. They did refund money after a long complicated call to India or were ever they were. After 3 weeks I did get the sample. Not FDA nutition approved and a place of manufacture not listed on sample. BBB has complants. It will be an emergency now before I would eat it! Cancel your card immediatly! Order a new one. Its better than your account drained! You never know! Ordered emergency food from Costco! Dilivered! No problems!
same thing just happened to me, never received free sample and my credit card just got charged 99 dollars. i swore that when i ordered the "free sample" it was linked up to wise food products. are they in this scam as well? will call 1-800 number on monday and deman they reverse charges and stop billing my card

Hi, I have also been scammed with false advertising by YNot Global. They advertised a trial offer for R39.99 and I just had my credit card zapped for R762.00 this morning. What is my best course of action.
