eManual Online review: Wrong manual, twice

I purchased an e-manual in 2024 and the link sent me to the wrong model. I contacted support and got a link to the correct manual via email. In December 2025 I purchased another manual (PDF) listed $58.99 CAD and it again was wrong. This time to another model year. After contacting support they sent me a link to software that I needed to install on a computer to access files, not a PDF. It’s listed for $34.99CAD. When I asked for a refund on the difference, they refused and just offered a 25% discount on a future purchase. The software sucks because it’s slow and there isn’t a search function making it almost useless. I’m done with them.
