Attempted to buy PDF manual for 2001 Chevy Blazer from eManualOnline https://www.emanualonline.com/ 1) Their site doesn't support the ability to preview the manual for accuracy or table of contents 2) Their site fails to CLEARLY inform the user of the nature of OVA software installation vs PDF, in which you don't know what you get until the download is made available 3) Their refund policy denies refund even though the material is not what you wanted 4) Their site falsely claims it covered my particular year 2001 and I got a zip file for 2002 and on. 5) The cover page for the so-called ebook stated it was specific for my vehicle, make and year not a generic like other manuals, but the file was a collection of individual PDFS, not linked, that covered 94 thru 2006 models THEIR SERVICE IS INFERIOR, THEY REFUSED REFUND FOR DISSATISFACTION EVEN WHEN MANUAL WAS INCORRECT & THEY HIDE BEHIND LEAGALIZE!

Following advice from their support as to which was the appropriate choice, I placed an order for the shop manual for a 60 hp Mercury outboard motor. The manual I got had over 600 pages, none of which contained any information specific to the motor defined. The company has refused to give me a refund. Since they provided a product under false representation of what the product is, they should give me a full refund and I simply want my money back. They say that their policy is no refunds but my policy is that when someone sells me something by misrepresenting what it actually is, I expect to get my money back. I may have agreed to their policy upon purchase with the understanding that I would receive what they claimed to be the product I was buying. I bought an apple and they gave me an orange. eManualOnline.com offers "OEM SERVICE AND REPAIR MANUAL SOFTWARE FOR THE 2008 TOYOTA SIENNA..." I purchased and downloaded. There are 1,619 files in 653 folders in the [protected]\OEM folder. There is no master file or index or any organization. I have checked a few of these individual files. There is no indication that these files are OEM from Toyota. These files are USELESS. There is no index file listing what these 1619 files are for. It would take all day to look at all of them to find what you are looking for. On their Terms & Conditions page, at https://www.emanualonline.com/terms-and-conditions, the links to their return and refund policies take you to just another likely fraudulent manual page. I opened a support ticket asking for refund. They say since I downloaded the file no refund. How do I know if I get what I purchased without downloading the file. I don't want a store credit to download yet another fraudulent manual for another vehicle. They refuse.

I paid for and downloaded a file that emanualonline said was a repair manual for a 2006 BMW M5 car. When I opened the file, I discovered it was a repair manual for a standard BMW 5 Series car, not a model M5. Therefore, the manual is completely useless to me. Their website said very clearly that his manual was a repair manual for a BMW M5. I paid $20.99 for this manual. When I attempted to obtain a refund, they refused, saying the manual was in fact for a model M5 BMW. They are lying about their manual. In fact, I could tell that they stole their manual from Bentley Publications, the true author of repair manuals for BMW cars. They should be investigated for copyright infringement. This is a very dishonest company. On a previous occasion, I tried to download another one of their so-called BMW M5 repair manuals from their website. The file was in some strange OVA format, which I have never heard of. It said I had to download some special software from Oracle to download their file. There were at least 14 different steps I had to take in order to download this file. I tried to download their file but I was never successful doing so. I paid them $25.99 for this file I could never download. When I asked for a refund, they again refused. They said all I needed to do was click on a link to download, which is completely untrue. This company is very dishonest. Its probably owned and operated by criminals.
