Ellesse Clothing and Footwear review: Jacket

Good day.
on the 26th of June we bought an Ellesse track Jacket (White in Color) for my boyfriend at Ellesse Shop in Golden Acre Capetown.
We got home and my boyfriend wore the jacket with a jean trouse going to the shops to buy bread (about 20mns) When he got back from the shop he realized that the jacket wasn't fitting well.
After 3days he went to Ellesse shop to ask if they can change it for him and get the right size and told them that he lost the slip. The manager agreed because she still recognize him. it was unfortunate that he couldn't go back the following because of work.
We eventually went back together on the 8th of June because l am the one who paid with my card so we got there and l showed them the proof of payment on my bank app. And they said the jacket is dirty they can't change it for us or else we can come the following as the manager was off.
We went back the following day and we found the manager, she had attitude showing that she already knows why we were there because her colleagues told her the story already.
She refused to change for us and topd us that the jacket was worn with the Jean. but it was still new and the neck was clean not showing an signs that it was worn.
She said the is no price tag and also its worn on the jean we cant chamge it. Please assist if possible.
