The worst experience ever.

They sold me a knock-off trike and never fixed it.

No customer service.

They cannot treat elderly customers like this. I am reporting them to the Attorney General!

Worst mistake ever, no customer service, welds were "ALL BACKWARDS" supposed to be 14 inch wheels, cheap twelves, nothing fit... NOTHING FIT... waited 3 months and I box, all customer service said was "every one makes mistakes with the backwards welds and they will send more but the wait is approximately 2 months" No I could not have it done someplace else or it would void a warranty. WHAT? A warranty, no no warranty because no return... Worst thing ever... please don't order this
