very poor warranty policy am suposed to analyze problem, order parts which were not delivered i guess that you pay and they may or may not replace the parts my scooter doesn't have a head light or running lights asked for parts and was told to bring it to conn. on
I took the trike to several festivals and recieved a lot of responses on what a cool looking trike it was when asked where i got it i made it clear not to do buisness with electric vehicle mall their polices are all company and screw the customer
The person filing this complaint is not our customer. We have searched our customer database and cannot find any Sharon Smit or Sharon with any last name that bought an EW-36 from us within the last 3 years. We also suspect that Sharron may have confused the popular EW-36 mobility scooter with a much lower quality knockoff sold by a very disreputable company that use to be located in Connecticut (thus her reference to Conn.) but has more recently moved to Massachusetts. This particular company is notorious for non-existent customer support and goes by many names, among them EpizonTech.com, Armada USA, OmegaStores.com, CozyBike.com and CozyTrike.com. By contrast, Electric Vehicle Mall stands behind and supports it's customers better than any other dealer we know. It is why we have a A Rating with the Better Business Bureau. There's not a lot we can do about negative review's by people who are not our customers or who are actually unethical competitors. If Sharon used a different name when purchasing her scooter, we would love to help her out. Simply call our service department at [protected].
