Einstein Bagels has ZERO customer service and STEAL MONEY from customers! I put a large order in online…it said there was an error and it didn’t go through…so I had to drive to the store…store also never received the online order. I put the order in directly with the store…I was charged $160ish dollars for BOTH on the same day…they are criminal! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Recommendation: BUYER BEWARE-STAY AWAY FROM EINSTEIN BAGELS!

I placed a large online order for $166.81…I received an error message, so called the store directly to confirm they did not receive the order. I then placed my order in person for $154.85 (still not sure why there was a price difference for the same order). My credit card was charged for both and I only received one. Einstein Bagels are criminal.
