On 9/7 I purchased $76 worth of food from Einstein Bros in Seminole, FL. The food was not quite ready when I arrived so I carried out the 2 cold drinks and 2 smears as they finished my order. I went back in and was handed my bag of food. I drove across town only to find out my 13 bagels, 2 hash browns and doggie treat were not included. Over $30 worth of the $76 order missing. They refused to reimburse me the difference.

Claimed loss: $35
