I placed an online order on 4/17/21 to be delivered on 4/19/21. I received a text message to contact the store. I contacted the store the representative was rude because the order was incomplete. But when asked the time frame for the delivery it couldn't be given. No additional information was given. At 7:00pm the order has not been delivered and the store is now closed. There's no way to know if the order is going to be delivered today and if it will be still fresh.
Desired outcome: Refund
