Edible Arrangements Possible fraud or mix-up

I made a legitimate online order #W1004703009-1, which was processed through your store in Jacksonville, FL. I was notified of delivery on 9/6/21 by email. That was no problem.
Three days later, 9/9/21, I received another email about an order #S0445088665 which was picked up in person at the same Jacksonville store. That's impossible because I'm in Pennsylvania. I called the store and spoke to Pam who described the person who picked up the purchase. Pam provided a charge card number that was used which I don't recognize. Since this is not my card number, it looks like I wasn't charged for the purchase.
My concern is that the seemingly bogus card number is attached to my name, address, phone number, and email. I find it way too coincidental that this occurred a few days after my original purchase which was processed at the same store. It's either fraud or a serious mix-up on an employee's part. I don't appreciate my personal info being used — or misused in this way. It's hard to believe that Edible management doesn't want to look into this weather it's fraud or human error.
I served twenty-five years with the NYPD. I'm not a chronic complainer.
I've made a report with my local police just in case I someday receive a bill for items I didn't order. A fraud alert has also been placed on my personal info.
On 9/10/21 I spoke with Alex at customer service about all of this. He mentioned something about a Patricia Davis whom I do not know. Please check this out.

Desired outcome: Edible management should investigate this. They should be concerned. It could become a bigger issue.

Edible Arrangements Order not complete..

I ordered from store 469 in Ft. Walton Beach. A Summertime Fruits and Cheesecakes... It was for a Birthday to be celebrated with the cheesecakes.. So the entire evening was ruined because of it. I contacted the store and they said they redo the order. They brought out the cheesecakes. I just thought they should have done more for their mess up. Nothing was offered or any explanation. Truly disappointed in their customer service.

Desired outcome: Should have been. We will make the entire order over. Or we will add cookies or something .

Edible Arrangements “feel better with fruit” basket

On Monday Aug. 2nd I place an order of the large "Feel Better With Fruit" basket, which included a bear, balloon, and a Gourmet Belgian Chocolate Get Well pop, along with the fruit to be delivered the next day to my sister who had just had surgery. On Tuesday Aug. 3rd the basket was never delivered, with no calls or explanations why. On Wednesday Aug. 4th I tried calling the store repeatedly to find out what was going on, but could not get an answer. I just kept getting an answering machine saying to call back during regular business hours, which at the time I was calling it was between 12:50 and 1:45pm. At this time I tried looking up the order number to try and track the order; however it said "NO OREDER FOUND!" I then tried calling another store and was told that all stores are independently owned and they would not be able to help me. At this time (very upset) I called the corporate number and explained my situation. They were able to contact the store, who said that for whatever reason (I still don't know) they were having problems with deliveries the day before but they would have my order out today. The next day, Thursday Aug. 5th I asked my sister if the order arrived and if so to send me a picture of it. When I received the picture I was again upset because it was not the basket I ordered. It was a small basket, when I ordered a large one and the balloon & the Get well Gourmet chocolate pop was missing. So I called the corporate office back and spoke with Miguel and explain what happed. He then tried calling the store but was unable to reach anyone, so he said it was your policy to give the store 24hrs to call me back. When I asked what happens if they don't call me back, he just said don't worry they will. I then waited 24hrs. as instructed, but no phone call. So on Saturday Aug. 7th I called the corporate office again and or course got the answering machine because it's the weekend. Since no one ever called me back, on Monday Aug. 9th I called the corporate office again and spoke with Elizabeth. She then called the store and they told her they would call me back, when I said that was unacceptable, she then called them on three-way where they would have to talk to me. I then spoke with Sabrina the store manager and she said all she could do for me was give me $33 back the cost of the balloon and Gourmet pop. At this time I was furious and I told her that was unacceptable and that I would be writing to the corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. She then asks me to hold on for a minute, and when she came back she said she would be refunding my total $108.02 which I still have not received yet.
I have ordered from Edible Arrangements many times, In fact just ordered one the week before and I have never had this problem. I am writing because I am very upset that I had to go through all of this for a whole week and still never got what I originally ordered, and still haven't received my money back yet.

Edible Arrangements Doesn’t match the photo

I feel silly complaining about something so trivial in today's world but, I'm dissapointed that what I ordered looks nothing like the photo in the catologue. Instead of "rainbow dipped" chocolate covered strawberries, I got what looks like a tacky Valentine's Day one. No rainbows just big chunks of red and white sprinkles. It looks very unappealing. Not at all what we wanted.

Desired outcome: Discount ..and I would consider shipping here again.

I already called the store and told them items are missing -she said she will either call me or email me. Nothing yet. I had ordered four different edible arrangements to go to four different places. I understand you have to use different platters, trays, whatever. I expect it to look good and be presentable. I pay enough money and would like it to be close to the picture as possible. This is your business-I am not being unreasonable, I want what I see and what my recipient gets to be the same!

Edible Arrangements Service received

I placed a order for pickup @12:30 when I arrived a young lady took my name went to the back then a young guy came out and stated that they were heating the caramel for my apples and said it would be about 15 minutes that they just got the employees in for their shift. This is the second time that I've done business with this store and each time I've had to wait on an order and threaten to cancel it. There's one lady that just looks at me each time as if she doesn't want to serve me because of my skin color which leaves me to wonder if she puts something in my food? This is twice now and will be the last time doing business with them. I was told they'd bring my order to my car…. I had to go in for it!

Edible Arrangements 8:30pm delivery with soggy fruit

We purchased a basket for Mother's Day for $133. for the party with my children and family, only for it to arrive at 8:30 pm after everyone had left and gone home. The strawberries were dripping off the coating and the fruit was warm! And it was delivered in a van with No air conditioner! So my fruit had to be thrown away before a few days and wasn't able to enjoy it before heading straight to the kitchen because it was leaking all over the place! So if you think that's fair then okay!
And when calling the store, the lady didn't really seem to care! And didn't even offer a 10% discount for the next purchase, just nothing! But, after all of that experience, it's not like we'd ever try that again! Or refer it to anyone we know or work with! I found it to be a Complete Rip Off! And nobody's even cared to call after writing my first complaint and giving you our phone number so you could hear it first hand how bad the experience was! And how the store could care less! And that was supposed to be a wonderful celebration with the help from your company? And I guess that's okay! So that's something I just don't understand! Because word of mouth saying mountains, especially since I'm an Amazon employee! With bulletin boards and other social outlets, along with Facebook!

Edible Arrangements My mother day delivery

I ordered my wife the large basket of fruit for $133 because her children were going to be there and it was going to be a great party for her since she's been having such bad health lately. So I ordered it and we waited all day long and it never arrived until 8:30pm! The children had already gone home, the coating on the strawberries were dripping off everywhere making a huge mess. My wife didn't even get a chance to eat one after she saw what it looked like, plus it wasn't there in time for her celebration with her children for her Mother's Day! And yes she cried like any mother would! To see how much nicer it could have been and why I was trying to get more things for everyone to enjoy eating when most of them are veggie eaters only, and I didn't have the proper food for her party or children to enjoy. And who wants to eat a dripping strawberry? So I called the store and she wanted to send me more fruit? So I said no, how about a refund and she did refund my money, but who can refund my wife's Mother's Day with her children for the first time in 5 years! So I would never purchase anything from you again or refer you for anyone's occasion, since there seemed to be not much caring about my situation here! I don't really think that the lady I was speaking with even cared about any part of my situation, which of course makes this worse. My phone number is [protected] and my name is Michael Green.

Edible Arrangements Mother’s day rose bouquet

I am deeply disappointed in the service with this order and store. I waited all day Saturday and Sunday for the Mother's Day gift. I then spent most of my day calling the Avondale location which rang and no one answered for hours. I then had to drive to the store at about 3:30pm because no one would answer the phone at the Avondale Edible Arrangements Store to walk in to a dimly lit store that had no one in the front - to be told that the system was broken and they received hundreds of orders that they simply could not fill, but if I would like to wait until the end of the week I could possibly receive my $90.00 arrangement. This is unacceptable on any level - this was a Mother's Day Gift and they offered no discounts or anything for their mistake and my inconvenience. While I looked forward to the order.. I don't look forward to this type of treatment.

Edible Arrangements Left outside overnight in the middle of a pandemic.

I placed an order for my elderly, ill mother on Friday May 2021. It was not delivered until 11:23 pm and left on the steps. It stayed outside overnight. I called where I ordered from which it was from tucker, GA location and they told me it was delivered at 11:23 pm and was not sure why the driver left it on the steps. My mother's nurse puts her to bed by 9. I called for a refund. What bothers be the most of that they left it outside in the middle of a pandemic without informing us. I wonder how they treat their foods while being arranged for deliveries. I don't trust it for sanitary and health purposes. I wish I can post the pictures of the arrangement so you all can see it was moist from overnight. I'm so disturbed by the ajile thing. And highly upset that my mother did not get her Mother's Day gift, since this was an out-of-town order. I live in NJ, she lives in GA.

Edible Arrangements Delivery and product

I ordered the deepest sympathy fruit flowers (12 chocolate strawberries). Upon deliver the delivery person promptly placed the box side ways on my porch and didn't ring door bell.
By the time I found the they had melted into one mass at bottoms of box.

I opened box and the stench of strawberries told me they where no longer edible. I spent 100 bucks for a melted spoiled mess.

I am very disappointed with the outcome

Edible Arrangements Didn’t receive/order

I placed an online order on 4/17/21 to be delivered on 4/19/21. I received a text message to contact the store. I contacted the store the representative was rude because the order was incomplete. But when asked the time frame for the delivery it couldn't be given. No additional information was given. At 7:00pm the order has not been delivered and the store is now closed. There's no way to know if the order is going to be delivered today and if it will be still fresh.

Edible Arrangements Incorrect delivery; lack of assistance

Order # w1003290211-1: I placed an order for a friend who is nj staying with her friend as her mother is very ill and hospitalized. The address is: 64l kings arrow rd, stedwick village one, budd lake nj 07828, upon entering the address, the edible arrangements website stated that the recommended address is: 64l kings vlg, stedwick village one, budd lake, nj 07828. I approved use of the recommended address. The arrangement was delivered to the wrong person. The order was placed and was to be delivered on 3/29, it was delivered to the 2nd address on 3/30 and I was notified by the store on 3/31 that it went to the incorrect person (that person called the store). I was told that the arrangement could not be picked up and delivered to the correct address, as the fruit was turning. That nothing else could be done to assist me. I was told a manager/owner would call me as this was my request for a next step. Initially I was hoping that the store would send another arrangement to my friend. However no one has contacted me and it is 10 days later. I have spoken several times with thomas at the store, he is very nice, but brand new and does not have the authority to assist. I submitted a compliant on line, ref#: 3038912 ; I also attempted to call the corporate office through: [protected] and [protected], this resulted in a transfer to the store and to thomas.

Edible Arrangements Platter & Manager Service

I ordered a platter for a relative that was completely embarrassing. I called the store lactation 8 times during business hours. No answer. Left 2 messages. No reply. Next day at 10:30am called again. Spoke to someone who asked me to email a photo to masi.[protected]@gmail.com. This person driving his car speaking very loudly on Bluetooth tried to justify why the platter looked like it did. He kept interrupting me. Speaking over me. Raising his voice & called me rude. Said owner may not have time to call me. Expecting me to accept that. I asked or a refund as spending $80 on tiny masted up cheesecakes is unacceptable. He said I won't get a full refund. I asked him to email me this outcome. He said I need to open a ticket. This is the worst customer service I've ever received from such a giant company. I've ordered Edible Arrangements 100 times. For all occasions. Never had a problem. Dealing with this manager was a joke & laughable. He thought he was talking to his buddy & almost yelling into the phone. He claims the website photos are if plastic food & his orders can never look exactly like the photo. He's a poor excuse for an employee let alone a manager.

Edible Arrangements A birthday bouquet fiasco

On February 25, 2020 a bouquet was delivered to my house for my birthday. The person didn't ring the doorbell or knock the door, so the arrangement stayed outside for a while. When I finally got it, was a mess. Some of the fruit was not in the arrangement. The fruit looked old and the kale they used to cover the center was yellow. Seems to be a leftover arrangement not a fresh one. Save your money, don't buy edible arrangements. Total disappointment. 😥 Stafford, Virginia (Edible Arrangements - 309)

Edible Arrangements Valentine delivery

Memphis store #830 - I ordered choc covered strawberries for delivery 2/15. A snowstorm hit 2/14, I'm aware. I received a call from the local store asking for a callback to arrange late delivery. When I called back, I got a message saying they were closed. I was directed to press 1 to leave a message for customer service.
Pressing 1 gave me a message: "invalid entry".
I've called for four days and gotten the same message.
Online tracking says my order is delivered; it is not.
Online calling says my order has been received and they're working on it.
$50.00, no strawberries, no recourse.

Desired outcome: Either refund or FRESH order of strawberries, delivered as ordered.

Edible Arrangements Product not delivered

This has been a horrible year so for 2021 I placed my order for Edible Arrangements hoping to make things a little bit brighter.

I placed my order (W0092506219-1) on 2/12/21 to be delivered on Sun 2/14. I checked the status at 9a and it started out for delivery - lie #1.

When still NOT delivered at 4:30p I called the store
(#794 Edible Arrangements 350 Broadway, Brooklyn NY)
and after trying for 1/2 hr finally reached an employee. He stated the product left the store at 3p and that they would be delivering until 8p - not to worry it would be delivered soon - lie #2

It is 10:30p and it is still NOT delivered. All packages and deliveries must be left with the buildings security desk. The status on line states it has been delivered. I received an email and online confirmation that it was delivered - lie #3.

I spoke with security which confirmed NOTHING a was delivered today for my loved one.

My loved one is elderly, disabled AND recently widowed due to COVID. This is her 1st Valentine's Day without her husband after almost 40 yrs of marriage and she has been left waiting all day to end up with NOTHING!

How can I rectify the situation?

PLUS how can I be sure my 2 orders for tomorrow will be delivered!? (#W0092509203-1 & #W0092511680-1)
