A consultant contacted me to offer a R69.00 air time subscription, no contract, I can cancel at any time, the amount jumped from R69.00 to R99.00 without my consent, I asked at the time for them to debit R69.00 from my bank account, they advise someone would call. 09.02.2023 was the first statement I received, that's how I have seen the amounts charged which was not supposed to be there,
my complaint since last year November 2022, is that I was charged incorrectly on the Edgars Statement I received, They advised it will be sorted out to date nothing has been done, so with the result they handed me to MBD attorneys for collection. Edgars needs to credit my account, MBD attorneys do not want to hear anything or assist. Edgars tells me to call MBD attorneys, which I did, then MBD tells me to call Edgars, sent from pillar to post. Please assist and advise
