I replied to mr. Copelands ad in the Savannah TN paper for handyman service. I asked about downspouts and carport repairs. I was given a quote. I accepted. He stated he needed cash. I went to the bank and got the amount he quoted within 3 days, when I called mr. Copeland and told him I had cash in hand, he raised the quote. I agreed. The next day, he called and wanted to install used material. I said no. He then called the next day and raised the quote for the second time, stating he was not making enough on the job. I refused and told him I was not interested in his services anymore. What ensued was a barrage of texts that can not be printed here.
