An extremely rude representative told me to shut up that she knew why I was calling and what I needed, even though she refused to listen to my actual problem. Told her I would report her she said go ahead report me I don't care no one is going to do anything anyways her name was Elizabeth or so she said, refused to give last name or any other information. Desired outcome: i would like an apology for the way she rudely treated me without even giving me a chance to speak and for EDD to take measures againt rude agents who are everything BUT helpful.
