I engaged a company (EcoShield) to spray my property, 79 Princeton Street, Garden City, NY for mosquito control in 2022. I and my grandchildren receive multiple mosquito bites as soon as we are in my backyard. The company sprayed in June, 2022 with no success (we received multiple mosquito bites the next day). I was billed $96.68 for the ineffective service and it was paid.
In July, 2022 they sprayed again with no success (again I received multiple bites the next day). I spoke to the company and they sent another person out to spray again the following week. Again no success (multiple bites again).
I then told the company to discontinue the service and I told them I was not paying again for a service that does not work. I explained this in detail.
I am now in collection with A.R. M. Solutions (PO Box 2929 Camarillo, Ca. 93011) for $96.68. I have informed this agency both verbally and in writing of my situation but I continue to receive debt notices.
Desired outcome: Discontinue collection bills
