As part of buyback, I sent textbooks to eCampus and was told payment would be made in 3–5 weeks. It’s now been over 8 weeks with no payment. They falsely claimed to have paid via PayPal—despite me only providing direct deposit info. Since then, communication has been evasive or nonexistent. This is not just poor service—it’s blatant dishonesty. eCampus should not be in business. Avoid at all costs.
