eBookSumo.com review: My account was charged for something I did not order.

On Sept. 8, 2021 my account was charged $39.99 for something I did not order. I did not go to their website to order. I don't know how they got hold of my account. I called their number [protected] to inquire, but I got the message saying that their line is busy, leave my name and number and they will call me back in an hour. I did left my name and number. I want them to return that money back to my account. Please help. Thank you.
