Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Ebonyline: No Communication & No Reward Points

I have been shopping with Ebonyline.com for a long time now and I have to say, this recent experience has really disappointed me. I placed an order for a wig six days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet! Now here I am stuck with an old wig for the holiday weekend. To add insult to injury, I have placed 5 orders in the past few months and I have received no reward points. When I tried to ask about them, I was treated rudely and told that the points cannot be adjusted.
I tried to speak to a supervisor, but was given the runaround and transferred to several different people. When I finally spoke with someone who claimed to be a manager, they were extremely unprofessional and continued to talk down to me throughout our conversation. After much back and forth, I finally decided to cancel my order and receive a full refund.
It is frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on a product and receive such poor customer service in return. I have been a loyal customer for years and I expected better treatment. I also want to make it known that there is no need to log in for reward points, despite what the website may say. I logged in for every order and still did not receive the points I deserved.
While I appreciate the kind offer to adjust my points, I am still upset about the lack of communication and poor service I received. I will not be using Ebonyline.com again and I will make sure to leave a review on the BBB to warn others. It is a shame to see a company with so much potential treat their customers so poorly.
