We bought a easy rest bed. The sales person name is Don Temes, or Don Terres. We also purchased the lifetime warranty. I've called all the phone numbers on the contract. None of them work. One of the numbers I did call answered but they told me it was the wrong number. It was bed tech. Easy rest changed their name to bed rest. Now bed tech won't honor the warranty. Is that right. They had me take a picture of my remote. It has easy rest on it, the new company has bed tech. Of course you wouldn't have the remote that has the new logo. The thing I don't understand is why are they still selling easy rest mattress and bed frames under this company. People buy the lifetime warranty and still paying for the bed set. If they have a problem they don't honor the warranty. That really sucks. Is that why bed tech change the name from easy rest, so they don't have to honor the warranty. We paid for nothing, since they don't honor the warranty. It's totally fraud advertisement. Especially when they are still selling them.

Claimed loss: We paid 3176.38, for the frame, mattress and warranty. We had to finance it so the total paid was 4336.80. now we can't even get ahold of anyone with all the numbers off the contract. Except one who said they were bed tech.
Desired outcome: I can't get anything resolved Ivr called the place we bought it from but they can't help us. They said they would call me. This was the first Monday of December. She also said she would call back. I've heard nothing.
