East Suburban animal hospital, we’ve been clients for two years. The receptionist was rude and ignorant. All I wanted was either an appt or to speak with a vet. She had one line: We don’t have any appts today. Her tone of voice was filled with self importance like she’s the gatekeeper to my pets’ health. I have two sick dogs, it’s been 9 days of chronic diarrhea in both dogs and this girl would not leave a message for the vet to call me. They told me I was no longer welcome because of a maybe HS trained receptionist? I don’t think they realize the money we’ve spent not to mention I have not slept in 9 nights, worried about my pets. If you are going to be ignorant on the phone, I have to ask how are my pets being treated? Last vet killed my beloved dog. This vet always but always calls us. I guess the gate keeper was stumped by that request
