GM Team,
This email is in regards to Nick and his staff, AJ Penez, and the maintenance shop.
I filed a grievance with GM today related to Nick's leadership and his poor team to make their customers happy to stay away from Ford via tweet and website portal. My voice will be heard, and I will make sure anyone hears this situation.
I am writing this email to address this problem.
I had a Ford before Chevrolet. The maintenance services were excellent. My wife has a Toyota SUV and the maintenance services were awesome. It always was completed on time as they promised. Switching over to Chevrolet trucks may be one of our mistakes.
With GM at this specific location, the department where you lead your maintenance shop is terrible and poorly organized.
I was able to squeeze myself to drop off my truck for repairs up to approximately 1 week. I dropped it off on January 30th, it took 1.5 weeks and it still is not finished. I had to stress myself to make sure I am able to have transportation to work, and I am scheduling around so I do not need another car due to my work trip to Tucson. I informed AJ Perez that I would be out of town until Wednesday ,so they had time to get the truck finished in time for pickup on Thursday.
Unfortunately, the truck isn't finished, and other people are more of a priority. This is not my problem. I dropped off the truck and I expected to go out the door on Tuesday with the amount. Today, February 8th, the truck is not finished, there is no vehicle loaner available, and this left me dry. 1.5 weeks of waiting is excessive.
Please respond with your resolution.
