My previous employer ETEAM offered me continuous health coverage if I continued making the monthly payments. I just realized the COBRA health coverage that started 11/30/2022 was canceled without my knowledge. I never missed a payment t from Nov 2023 to date but all the health claims were declined because I thought I was still covered. I complained to them in March, 2023 and was assured that it was an error and the providers can re-submit the claims. Those claims still have not been paid. I was denied healthcare because of the canceled insurance. I am not sure how to resolve this if the former employer keeps lying to me but still collecting my monthly premiums. I don't want to cancel now because I don't know if it is just an error. Should I get all my premiums back? Someone please advise.
