Dynamic Web Design review: Website development service

I wish to publicly complain about this business, this guy Roman is a thief all he does is lie to set up customers with an overseas " site developers" team he has based in India... these people in India do not speak English well, so is no way in this world your website would be to your expectations.

Roman acts as a bridge between the Indian team and his company, he makes customers believe that he will be the service provider when he is not. Once he takes your money, he runs away. The date I engaged with Dynamic Web Design, believing it was a trustworthy business to develop my eCommerce site, Roman presented me himself as the account person web developer, very professional, after paying the initial deposit to commence site Job, the website development process that he said it would be done in two days, took months... seeing that nothing was progressing, I pursuing him and I found the guy does nothing, he was not the web developer, when I got upset because of the timing and nothing was complete, he sent me to get in contact with his team based in India, the communication was bad because they can't speak English properly, it was a real struggle; I spend weeks until midnight over Skype as a method of communication with the overseas team, meanwhile Roman did nothing.. he took the money and run away.

The website was a complete disaster, design-wise, and functionality.

After finding myself trapped in such a situation, I rang Roman to ask for my money back, he has not answered any of my emails, calls, etc. I went online for what I have read, from others it looks this is his business operandum, he doesn't care about consumer tribunals or anything, he is a liar. Please if you have been through the same experience, share your review to help others, to avoid hiring this guy and his team.

I have lost my money, the website was a complete disaster and I never saw Roman during or after the site development process.

His site looks professional and convincing, I believe he has another site as well. Please do not believe him, all he does is set up people to get the money and locked them with the overseas Indian "site developers" which is a disaster. In reality, he doesn't care or take responsibility for the damages or disaster caused to others, even do he uses his business as the responsibility for proving the services, his business is advertised as a national service within Australia; I No sure about that. I believe there is no even physical business, all is done online.
