The owners name of htis company is Gary Delia. He is the biggest piece of crap ever known. He owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to suppliers. Witch he doesn't pay. Instead he just changes suppliers under a different name. He owes salesmans thousands of dollars from there commissions. He owes thousands of dollars to installers that have installed these products. He gets divorced and has to shut down operations, moved office down the street. Everything is a big secret, so he can stay in hiding without manning up to what he owes and to who he owes it too. He had to have someone from another state come in an put buisness in his name and have Gary work there. This guy don't know what he's in for. He'll run it in the ground just like everything else he's been in. He lies, he steals, he cheats...he's gutless!
Ignored a clearly placed "No Solicitors" sign at my front door. Bad move on the company's part. I would never do business with this company. I can see why the sales people are the way they are... It comes from the top.
The knock at my front door during dinner came as a surprise. I thought it couldn't possibly be a solicitor, the sign at eye level clearly lets anyone know I have no interest in whatever they think I cant live without. But here I was answering the door as my dog went crazy. Only to find...
a solicitor trying to sell me hurricane windows. When I asked why he chose to ignore my sign, I was told that others in the neighborhood were interested in the windows. I asked if he could read, to make sure that wasn't the issue, and he said he graduated with honors. I then responded that I didn't care what the others in my neighborhood did or didn't want... I again asked why he chose to ignore my sign... He told me I need new windows... I told him I also need a new car but ill go look for one when the time is right. I approached the sales boy and asked for his name at which point he quickly removed his name badge hiding it from me, clearly feeling guilty for his previous actions. I only learned what company he was representing when another sales girl walked down the sidewalk with the company name embroidered on it. Stay away from these guys.
The guy complaining is 100% correct about gary dilea and what kind of person he is. All the facts can be found online along with his F rating with BBB. Gary Dilea is only concerned about his money, not having a relationship of any kind with customers except yelling and swearing and threatening to lein there house due to a bait and switch scam the salesman do all the time.
This person that wrote this complaint is a competitor. Don't be fooled by this . There is no connection between these companies whatsoever. The owners and officers are totally different. MY experience is as a consumer. I bought replacement windows and slider, vfrom Duramade in September 2009. By December the slider' s seal had failed. I contacted the company for 2 YEARS, During which time they supposedly sold to another company...and would NOT honor LIFETIME WARRANTY! I researched and found that the "former owner " of Duramade was the PRESIDENT of the "new company " I WANT MY DOOR REPLACED per the WARRANTEE! That warranty is the ONLY way that the salesman talked us into spending 27k! WE did NOT Finance...we PAID in full within 3 months!
these guys are now going under the name of home performance alliance . they promised paid training (1 week) after that commission only . I left after 2 weeks no paid training with very crappy leads. Gary Delia and jeff Koch will promise everything and deliver nothing. new salesman beware. better yet BUYERS BEWARE!
