In 2016 I paid over £20,000 for a conservatory. Approximately 2 years later I started having concerns; leaking ,blocked gutters ,poor design of the box guttering, making it impossible to maintain. Regular contact with Dunraven to remedy ,and to be fair they always came and attempted to resolve the issue. However, it was never completely resolved ,resulting in further call-out.

In 2023 ,after attempting to gather quotes for cleaning and maintenance of the gutters ,it can't be cleaned. Numerous professional contractors to clean gutters all suggest that the cleaning g of the gutters is an impossible task ,due to inaccessible location. As a consequence my conservatory is leaking and is near imploding ; I've have interior damage to my flooring, walls and furnishings due to the leaking. Dunraven are adamant it's my responsibility, which I accept ,however my issue is its not possible to access due to a design fault. Dunraven won't a crpr this and are requesting I pay £250 for their company to clean the guttering. Thus is unacceptable as I've had quotes of £87 if they could access the gutters.
