I used Ductmasters to replace our old AC Unit and to clean our ducts. I must say these guys: Brian, Anthony and Mozart really did a great job! They got all of this done in one day. By the time I got home from work my air felt cleaner and more pure and I had an amazing new unit and thermostat all up and running! The new unit is so nice and quiet and keeps my house at such a more even temperature. They are great people that do great work. Austin was super helpful too! I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent professional service. Outstanding technicians with the onsite lead Adrian going beyond what was expected. Courteous, super clean(inside and outside clean up and during) and very knowledgeable about AC systems and what would be best for us. From the Initial phone call to the office, to dealing with the salesman and accepting the bid to finish it couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience. This was a long review but after getting bids a year ago from 3 other area companies & being very disappointed, I'm glad I waited and found DuctMasters. Worth every cent.

We had a great experience with DuctMasters - from the initial call (quick to schedule a walk-thru, excellent communication) and onsite discussion / proposal with Austin, everything was handled very professionally and timely. Our job took 2 full days, and overall we were very pleased with the outcome. I'd be lying if I said there wasn't some mess to clean, but that was expected given all the duct cleaning / in and out of attic w/ blown-in insulation. Not a big deal. Would definitely go to them again for all-things-HVAC. Big thanks to Adrian, Angel and Alberto - they were very honest, great communication, and were as careful as possible w/ the home.

Henry, Roberto and Mozart were wonderful! They arrived on time, and answered all my questions. I had several ducts which needed to be repaired, and one which needed replacement. The coils and blower in the A/C were also cleaned, as well as all the ducts and the grills. Before they began, everything was covered and they cleaned up before they left. Henry showed me photos of what was being done as they progressed. All the team is very professional, including Ruben who came out to give me the estimate, as well as Ariana and Brittney in the office. They all gave me a sense of confidence that the work was being done correctly and they wanted me to be satisfied and happy with the work. I definitely was! Thanks, Duct Masters!

Ever since I moved into my home in 2014 I've had problems with the dryer not working well. After a year, i discovered that the gooseneck on the roof was not the right one and worst of all it was sealed totally wrong which caused a leak Fast forward to two years ago and two more dryers, I had the that part of roof re sealed and a new gooseneck installed. Still was having problems. My dryer was not drying completely. On my own i figured that there was a huge plug in the exhaust vent going up to gooseneck. I called Ductmasters, and within few days I had Enrique show up. Enrique was very professional. He explained to me what the issue was and why my dryer backed up and wasnt working. Enrique re did the whole exhaust vent system. Everything is working smooth now. My clothes dry quickly and are crispy. Thanks Ductmasters. Special kudos to Enrique.

I unequivocally made the decision to go with DuctMasters for a virgin AC system install in our home because the health and safety of my family are top priority. Bar none. I had a massive problem. The AC system in the home we bought was in the attic that can lead to mold. See the environmental conditions- darkness, moisture from condensation, and food from particulate matter allowed for mold. Mold produce spores that at the right dose is toxic. The dose makes the poison. And chronic exposure to mold in the air was a chance I was unwilling to take. After making a calculated decision with the help of the owner's son Aaron who did a thorough risk assessment, the next morning my home was enveloped by a team of 5 white vans. Flash back E.T. when the scientists come to save E.T. and everyone is scared because they only see the vans and spacesuits. Lol. Anyways my son is E.T. and the heart of my home the AC system was dying. Enrique first on the scene in his black/yellow puma shoes hit straight out the blocks and got into the attic. I asked him if this job was doable. He says," everything is doable...only thing not doable is when you dead." From that point forward I was at ease. Then the team sets in. Very professional, kind, and respectful team enters my home. With the precision of an NBA basketball team in the final championship game, they did their jobs as a team. Adrian comes on the scene, he is Mr. NASA. He see through the structure of the home with X-Ray vision. He turned a water closet into the new Air Handler closet by saving space with the replacement of the water heater with a tankless. He did the math and customized all the duct work and air flow to suit our needs. In parallel, Brian is managing the AC digitial thermostat and connecting me to the system and features through the wifi phone app. Alejandro, a kind soul, is very receptive and working on the inside of the home spraying the duct outlets to seal the porous insulation and prevent mold growth. David F, William, and Jesus are up in the attic worker bees in a hot hive. This is the gritty work that we don't see but can imagine. It's damn HOT and they do their work with grace and pride. And Jesus working on the compressor, gently respects a tiny plant that most would think is a weed and trample on. Jesus is Earth. Enrique is Fire. Adrian is Air. Brian is Water.
