I never heard of this company but it came up when i was looking for a new material to try out for an upcoming art project with a deadline. One company was in Wisconsin with apparently a long shipping time, so I decided on Du-All since they were very close. Support your local businesses, right? Well, Du-All ignored my requests for a quote, availabilty, delivery, etc. for whole week. I finally got through by phone but that took another 3 days to find out what I wanted to know before I could place my order (about $470.00 on the bill). The items were in stock at their warehouse in a nearby suburb. Supposedly a delivery would be arranged 5 days later, the day before Thanksgiving. They flubbed the delivery and 'wouldn't be able to get my materials to me that day. something about some emergency. They never bothered to charge my credit card either (maybe they had doubts about being able to come through?) I was basically 'stood up' by this unreliable and lackadaisical business. I had to go to Home Depot right away and get a piece of Masonite and do a compromised form of my project last minute. I got the project done in one week but wasted 2 weeks getting nothing done with flaky Du-All.
Contrast this with ULINE for the same material - both times I call, ULINE answers the call immediately. I ask for an online quote and they responded later in the day. Last Monday I placed my order and 2 days later, the product was delivered to my door! Amazing. And this is from a company in another state, not a city 30 minutes away. The price per sheet of the Gatorboard was about half the price of Du-All, also.
Desired outcome: None. I want nothing more to do with them, just wanted to go on record about my first and only experience with them. Just post my story and leave it.
