DSLD Homes review: Ruts throughout my yard, very uneven ground

In January 2025 I did my walk through with the build supervisor. I brought to his attention the ruts in my yard. He told me it was due to the sod being laid and same week we had snow that sat on the ground for days causing the sod to move/not take.
He never did anything about it.
I attempted to correct by adding weed and feed twice to no avail.
I called the company to ask for this to be corrected. They sent out the current subdivision (SAVANNAH POINT, LAFAYETTE, LA) supervisor. He admitted he could see the ruts and then proceeded to shift blame first on my dog, then on my lawn company cutting the grass too short. My dog was not here when the first complaint was mentioned and my dog does not hang out in my back yard. The lawn company he says is cutting my yard too short after I refuted his first blame shift is the same yard company that cuts all the for sale yards. My yard company cuts my grass at the proper level. LACK OF INTEGRITY! The supervisor today said "I don't have to walk through it I see the ruts".
