DSAEcommerce review: Amazon fulfillment

August 2024 I paid $25,000 to DSAEcommerce to do the fulfillments on my existing store. By November 2024 there was hardly any action, in December they filled my Amazon store with products and started to get some sales. They did not do FBA(filled by Amazon) they did FBM (filled by merchant) which means they would do the shipments from their warehouse and inventory they have on hand. By the end of the month there were so many shipping complaints that Amazon deactivated the self-fulfill shipping capabilities. After that all communication shut down between the ‘team’ and myself. They would respond with ‘we’ll look into it’ but never get back to me. It’s now May 2025, my store is in good standing, but the self-fulfill shipping is deactivated.
I tried to do a ‘new customer’ webinar with DSAecommerce, just to see if I can talk to someone. They cancelled 2 of the zoom calls and ‘no-showed’ me on the 3rd.
At this point I will file a complaint with the FTC and hire a laywer .
Their website says they are the #1 Ecommerce fulfillment company in the US, don’t believe them.
