Pure Integrative Pharmacy - Delivery service value unduly charged
I made a purchase and paid $40 CAD for shipping. I have been a customer for 2 years and have always worked like this. This time the pharmacy chose another carrier, and to my surprise, the carrier charged me an extra service of $45CAD, but the pharmacy did not inform me of this payment in advance.
