Longs Pearlridge review: Aiea Pharmacy

Son's doctor sent a prescription to Longs Aiea on March 25th, 2023 and as of today it still isn't ready. Called the pharmacy to check on the status and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and provided poor customer service. I frequent this pharmacy often and usually the customer service is good, today is the exception. I talked to her around 9:45 a.m. Sunday April 2, 2023. She didn't even apologize for them "having a hard time with this medication" and even raised her voice at me and talked to me with disrespect as if I was a child, which is extremely poor customer service. She refused to give me a solution as to what I should do next, and kept repeating the doctor can send it to Mililani very loudly and rudely. It's obvious that she doesn't like her job and can't handle stress, which wasn't even a stressful situation and all I did was ask for a follow-up. This is unacceptable behavior.
