Med4Home approved a hardship for me in Nov 2015. I was to pay $15 a month for nebulizing medications. They also received Medicare payment of about 80% of the approved amount each month (over $650/month). This agreement worked well until Lincare decided to withdrawal hardship cases in July 2016 without informing me (and many others). So they said I owed $165.87 instead of $15. I asked to speak to management and was told by the Med4Home (Lincare) agent that they would send email to management protesting the bill and reminding them the hardship was to run for a year. Unfortunately everytime I asked about when I could expect management to call me they said they're working on it. It was a complete run around. Unfortunately I didn't receive the July bill until I had ordered the August meds. So now they said I owe 165.87 times 2. I did pay the July $15 I agreed to in the hardship agreements (both oral and written). I want to hear from management. They need to contact me. Unfortunately all the Med4Home offices are in Kansas City but Lincare seems to be in Orlando. Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing?
