Sent me a bill a year ago that at that time was over a year old for $76.87. Called customer Service a total of 5 times during the past 2 years. Talked to 5 different people at Walgreens and all said that I do not owe that anything.
"Richard" for Walgreens even said that it was Walgreens mistake and DO NOT PAY THIS BILL of $73.87. He said this on 7/18/22. Check the phone recorded tape.
After receiving a bill for the $73.87 for the 4th time I wrote an intensive letter telling them all whom I talked to and that I do not owe them anything. I asked to talk to a supervisor 2 times and both times I was denied and was asked to call back at a different time. ? Why was this. No explanation given.
I am being harassed about this bill even though people at Walgreens said I do not owe anything. I am feed up with no one giving me any answers or trying to explain to me why everyone says I do not owe anything, but I still receive this bill. I have asked them numerous times to check the phone call recordings that I have given them all the dates and see how their employees say I do not owe them anything. It was their mistake. Please help me in getting this resolved.

They say they record all calls so this should be easy for them to figure out.
Now they are turning this over to a 3rd party collections agency.
Please help. I am a 70-year-old retired veteran and do not need this harassment.
