I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off with Dropps. I mean, seriously, where is the customer service? I've tried reaching out to them through chat and email, but all I get are these robotic responses that don't even answer my questions. It's like talking to a brick wall! And to top it off, I ended up buying way more of their products than I needed because I couldn't get any help from them. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I mean, don't get me wrong, their products are pretty good. I like that they're eco-friendly and all that. But if you're gonna buy from them, just be prepared to keep paying forever. They never seem to stop sending you stuff, even if you don't need it anymore. It's like they're trying to trap you or something.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Dropps. I wish they would step up their customer service game and actually help their customers when they have issues. It's not that hard, guys! And maybe stop bombarding us with products we don't need. Just a thought.

They just like, send it right to your door, so you don't even have to like, leave your house or anything.

And get this, when I like, accidentally dropped the box in the washer and like, used up the whole thing, they like, totally sent me a replacement for free! Who does that? That's like, totally unheard of these days.

Me and my fam been using Dropps for our laundry for like 3 years now and we ain't never goin back. This stuff is so easy to use and it don't make no mess like them liquid detergents do. Plus, you don't gotta worry bout wastin none of it. And the best part is, you get all the benefits of them pod thingies without none of the microplastic pollution. Our clothes come out lookin and smellin so good, and we don't gotta worry bout all them harsh chemicals that other brands use. Dropps is the way to go, y'all.

What's really cool about Dropps is that they offer free carbon neutral shipping and their packaging is compostable. They have two scents available - unscented and lemon - and they also have a wide range of laundry products. I think their subscription option is great and their customer service is amazing (I had some extra products shipped to me but I had more than enough and they canceled it really quickly for me!)

The only reason why I took off one star is because I remember feeling like the pods didn't clean super well at first, but I think in general you should clean your dishes a bit before putting them in... but yeah, I'd give them a 4.5 star rating if I could~
